Glimmer Getaways offers short-term vacation rental management services, curated guest experiences, and property hosting solutions. We facilitate property bookings and provide personalized services to enhance guest stays.

1. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book a stay with us.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when making a reservation.

  • You are responsible for complying with all house rules provided at each property.

2. Booking & Payment​

  • Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis.

  • Prices may vary depending on seasonality, demand, and additional services selected.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation policies vary per booking.

  • Any modifications to your reservation must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

4. Code of Conduct & Property Use

  • Guests must respect property rules, neighbors, and local laws.

  • Damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

  • Any unauthorized activities (e.g., parties, commercial filming) may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Glimmer Getaways is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or unforeseen circumstances affecting your stay.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, in which case we will offer a full refund or alternative accommodations.

6. Changes to These Terms

  • Glimmer Getaways may update these Terms at any time, and will be communicated via email updates.

Fulfillment & Refunds

At Glimmer Getaways, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please review our fulfillment and refund policies below.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of initial booking payment, unless otherwise specified.

  • Additional services, upgrades, or curated experiences must be paid for in advance.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring that our properties and hosts are protected:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus a processing fee.

  • Early departures or no-shows: No refunds will be provided unless there are extenuating circumstances that will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

  • Refunds may take up to 90 days to be processed

3. Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Guests may request to modify their reservation at least 14 days before check-in, subject to availability.

  • Changes to dates may result in price adjustments based on seasonal rates.

4. Service Fulfillment​

  • Access details, property guidelines, and any additional service confirmations will be sent prior to check-in.

5. Refunds for Additional Services & Add-Ons

  • Any pre-booked experiences or add-ons are non-refundable once scheduled, unless canceled at least 7 days in advance.

  • If an add-on is canceled by Glimmer Getaways due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

6. Force Majeure & Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be granted for cancellations due to personal conflicts, weather conditions, or travel delays beyond our control. However, in cases of government-mandated travel restrictions, we may offer a credit for future stays.
